However, the other woman that had helped her take out the vampire not long ago was still hovering in the back of her mind and she wondered who the woman was. Deciding she needed to clear her head, she cleaned up quickly after work, threw on dark brown slacks, a light brown blouse & a purple jacket before heading out the door. At first she wasn’t sure where she was even headed but for some reason she wasn’t surprised when she found herself back at Inferno. As she walked into the club and found it as busy as she figured it would be on a Friday night, she slightly grinned to herself. If she wanted to draw in a demon or vampire tonight, she guessed it wouldn’t be that hard with the crowd that was here. However, that wasn’t going to be her main priority tonight. She had promised herself that she would take the entire weekend off from both her jobs and let herself rest. So instead of seeing if she could pick out a target from the crowd, she took a deep breath and headed to the bar. She figured a drink or two would ease her mind and then she would figure out the rest of her night from there. She carefully made her way through the crowd and took a seat at the end of the bar, slightly waving to signal the bartender at the other end that she wished to get a drink. She waited patiently while he finished up with another customer and turned her eyes to the crowd at the bar. She wondered if getting a couple of drinks in her she would actually be able to shut down her thoughts of work and just relax. She sighed worrying that there was never going to be any way that she would get her mind off work, but then again she still held on to a little hope that she would. She figured she might need a distraction to help her with clearing her mind but she wasn’t sure what that might be but she would just wait it out until she found one. 378 words, Yuki, outfit NOTES:Finally got a chance to slow down and actually write... |
