Cassandra, aka Cass, is a twenty-six year old United States Deputy Marshal. She’s a half demon with a grudge against her own kind and a distrust of not only demons but men too. Many of her issues stem from the problems in her mother’s life that seemed to extend to her as she grew older. She would like to be able to figure out who the demon was that would be considered her father and remove him from the planet but she figures it’s a long shot, so she settles for capturing fugitives with the Marshals Service, and taking out other demons if she can. To be honest, there are many pieces and parts to Cass that most people will never see but a very select few may get a glimpse of the real girl deep down inside. This is the girl...

For Cass friends are few and far between. In fact most of the people she considers friends are other Marshals that she works with. She doesn’t trust easily so it’s actually pretty hard to get into her good graces enough to be considered a true friend. She has plenty of acquaintances but friends she treats like good books and choses them very carefully…

Cass doesn’t trust anyone easily and she honestly has some species that she figures all the members of are her enemies. A member of such a group would have to be awfully convincing to make it so that she didn’t throw them in the bad bunch with all the others and try to kill them. If you make her enemy list than it’s likely that you’ll never come off the list until your dead…

Sure, Cass has had crushes on a few guys over the years but she has yet to ever really fall hard for a guy. Usually she tries to avoid this kind of thing because most of the guys she likes are human and she’s pretty sure their reaction to her being half demon wouldn’t go over well. She honestly doesn’t know if she will ever find the right guy for her so she just doesn’t bother to think about it much, it only depresses her. She isn’t closed off to the idea of love but she just isn’t sure where to find it…
